ownclub

Your club's own app. No subscriptions. Yours forever.

We set up your club's own members' app, in your name and colours. You pay once and keep it for good.

How it works

  1. 01

    We talk about your club

A 15-minute call. You tell us how your club runs and what gets in the way.

  2. 02

We set it up in your colours

Your club's own members' app, in your name and colours. We agree the timing on the call.

  3. 03

    We tailor it with you

We bring in your members and walk your organisers through it.

  4. 04

    You own it

You pay once. No subscription. The app and its code are your club's.

The four steps in detail

Telegram, where your members already are

Coming

Many clubs already live in a Telegram group. We plan a Telegram helper so members can sign in with Telegram, and so your group and your app work together. Planned, with no date promised.

Yours, not rented

  • Our server or yours

We can run it for you, on hosting terms we agree on the call, or put it on a server your club owns. Either way, it's your club's app.

  • Take the code

The full code of your club's app is yours to keep. If you ever want to leave us, you take it with you.

  • Change it with AI

You can change it yourselves, for example with an AI coding assistant, or ask us to.

Who's behind it

OwnClub is made by Dmitri Sarle in Estonia. He has founded five companies and invested in a dozen; he exited one and bankrupted a couple.

He started OwnClub because clubs should own their tools, not rent them.

Questions clubs ask

What does it cost?

You pay once for the app, and there's no subscription. The price depends on what your club needs, so we agree it on a short call, and put it in writing before any work starts. If we host it for you, we agree the hosting terms on the same call.

Where is our data?

On the server we agree: ours, or one your club owns. We tell you in writing where it is before your app goes live. Trust & privacy lists every service that touches data.

Can we leave, or move it?

Yes. The app and its code are your club's. If you want it on your own server or with someone else, we help you move it.

What if we need a feature you don't have?

Tell us. Features shows what works today and what's planned. We build features when a club needs them, and we only promise what we agree with you in writing.

What languages does the app speak?

The app is in Estonian today. English and Russian are planned.

Who sees members' details?

It's a rule we keep when we deliver: no club goes live until every member's details are hidden until that member chooses to show them.

Do members need to install anything?

No. It works in the browser, on phones and computers.

How long does it take?

We agree the timing on the call, once we know what your club needs.
